Campus Consultants Ltd
Campus Consultants Ltd provides specialist workplace neurodiversity needs assessments, ADHD and autism profile assessments, functional impact assessments and reasonable adjustment recommendations for adults, employees, employers and organisations. We assess how ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia and other neurodivergent traits may affect an individual within the workplace, including organisation, executive functioning, communication, sensory needs, concentration, workload management and day-to-day occupational functioning. Our workplace assessments identify strengths, barriers and support needs and provide clear, practical recommendations for reasonable adjustments, workplace strategies, assistive support and effective ways of working. We also consider the impact of mental health difficulties where relevant, including anxiety, depression, stress and trauma-related needs, and how these may interact with neurodivergence and affect an individual's ability to function effectively at work. We also work in partnership with universities, colleges and higher education providers to deliver specialist neurodiversity profile assessments for adult students. These assessments explore traits associated with ADHD, autism and wider neurodivergence, alongside their impact on learning, study skills, executive functioning, communication, organisation, sensory processing and day-to-day academic functioning. Our university assessment work is designed to give both the student and the education provider a clear understanding of strengths, difficulties and support needs. We provide comprehensive written reports with practical, evidence-informed recommendations that can help inform reasonable adjustments, disability support, study strategies and ongoing educational planning. We can work directly with institutions as an external specialist assessment provider or support individual students who require a detailed neurodiversity profile for use within further or higher education. Campus Consultants Ltd is led by an experienced Registered Social Worker and Neurodiversity Consultant with approximately 30 years' experience in psychiatry, mental health, health and social care, disability and neurodiversity services.
